The VIBRANT BASIC Experience is a great package for a couple who needs a professional to fill in the gaps.
This package is optimal for clients who want to be involved in the process, but need help bringing all of the details together into a seamless event. Our expert guidance will help lead the way. If you’ve decided on some of the details, or you’re just beginning the process, we can help you lock in the perfect venue and meet the right vendors.
We’ll keep you on track to get everything completed on time. We’ll be your go-to throughout the process, whenever you need us. Tell us about your dream, and we’ll make it come true!

Month/Day-Of Event Coordination!
Perhaps you have just about everything planned, but a nagging thought is keeping you up at night. What if something goes wrong? The only thing you should have to focus on during your wedding is how much love you feel for your partner — not worrying about the flowers arriving on time or lining up the wedding party.
The VIBRANCY Essentials package is great for the couple who is nearly done planning their event or wedding, but needs professional help to manage execution and details, while solving any problems that may arise. VIBRANCY has perfected the art of last-minute changes, unforeseen situations, and the occasional “oops.” Don’t let these things put a damper on your beautiful day. We’ll take care of it all.
We’ll start working closely with you four to six weeks prior to the event and create a day-of timeline. We’ll confirm details with vendors and tie up loose ends to ensure your day goes as smoothly as possible.
We’ll even set up and break down wedding and décor items, leaving you and your loved ones to enjoy your new union or milestone. You’ve worked hard to make this day wonderful, and we’re here to support you and handle everything on your special day.

Pay a retainer fee of $200 to get started
Terms & Conditions
Date of event is considered “Booked” upon receipt of non-refundable deposit equaling to 50% of the total value of the Planning, Coordination, Decor, Delivery of crafts etc.. Final payment is due 1 month and 2 weeks before the event.
Vibrant Affairs Design and Coordination, is not responsible for any damages to anything after everything is set up for the event.
Any changes the the event must be requested no later than 1 month before the event date.
Vibrant Affairs Design and Coordination, does not duplicate another event work but will guarantee that the client’s vision is brought to life.
Vibrant Affairs LLC , does not work with family or friends of the client when bringing the client (s) vision to pass.
Vibrant Affairs LLC request for any client (s) closest person to come and be part of the process when signing contract in case something unforeseen happens.
